I am trying to reply to a survey that was sent to me by the Technical
Support department. How exactly do I need to do this?
To reply to the survey, hit "Reply" in your mail program to open up the
appropriate window. Once you hit "Reply", you will be able to type in an
asterisk(*) between the brackets of the number that you feel best represents
your experience with us. One common point of confusion is the scale.
1 is the low end of the scale for bad service. 5 is the high end of the
scale for excellent service. Some customers tend to reverse these.
